RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

We always want you to be happy with your purchase! If, however, you wish to return your item we operate a 14 day returns policy on UK orders. Please read our full returns policy below.

 

Our policy:

UK Returns

If you wish to make a return, we must be informed within 14 days of the item's arrival. Once the return has been confirmed from our end, you will have a further 14 days from notifying us to return the item. We try our best as a small business, however at this time we only offer free returns for items that are incorrect or damaged in ways not stated in their condition report. 

Please note that detailed condition reports of each item are undertaken before being sent out to you. If you would like additional photos, we strongly advise you request them before purchasing. 

If you wish to return your item for any other reason, you will have the stated 14 days to request a return, however in this case the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. 

Items that will not be eligible for return are as follows: 

  • Any items that are no longer in the same condition in which they arrived to you. We cannot be responsible for any damage done to the item once it has been received by you. 

  • Any received item that is past the stated 14 day return time period.

 

The customer is responsible for any item once they have received it. Any return received by us that is damaged, or in a different condition to when you received it, will not be eligible for a refund until the damage is assessed and we can make an estimate for repairs. These pieces are one of a kind, and cannot be replaced! Should any costs for repairs be necessary your refund will be sent to you, with these costs deducted. If items are deemed non-repairable they will be ineligible for a refund and will have to be returned to you.

International Orders

If you wish to enquire about international postage, please feel free to get in touch. Different terms and conditions will apply when items are shipped internationally, all of which we will gladly talk you through. Please note that all international sales are final and we cannot accept any returns outside of the UK.

International orders may warrant additional Customs and Duty Import Taxes from your country. Please note that we cannot be responsible for these extras charges, and they are the responsibility of the buyer. We highly recommend you visit your government website to calculate projected import taxes before making your purchase.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

 

We treat our pieces with the utmost care, and want to make sure this continues en route to you. We aim to send your item out from our end within 1-2 working days of receiving payment. In the unlikely event that we anticipate a delay we will let you know as soon as possible. All items will be sent with a tracking code so you can keep up to date with your projected delivery. With the impact of COVID-19, some postal services are experiencing delays which we unfortunately have no control over, nor can we be responsible for. However, we do our best to keep you updated with the progress of your delivery.

All pieces undergo a complete condition report, with any flaws or damages photographed and documented before being sent. If upon receipt of your item you find additional unexpected damages incurred during its delivery route, please get in touch with us immediately so we can help you as best we can!
